Step 1: Strategy Call

You’re not just another number to us. We want to serve you and genuinely help your business, so we’ll start by assessing where the best marketing opportunities are.

Step 2: Agreement

Based on our conversation, we’ll send over a proposal of marketing work your freelancer could do to best help. We don’t require long-term contracts, but we do see this is as a long-term partnership, so we’ll outline the commitment we’re making to you.

Step 3: Placement

Once we’ve aligned on our goals, we’ll find the perfect specialist or specialists for you. Our culture is one of personal care and attention, so we take this step very seriously.

Step 4: Nurture

You’ll have direct communication with your specialists and your Relationship Manager (RM). The purpose of your RM is to check in on progress regularly and to make sure you’re satisfied with the work we’re doing. If something’s not going as planned, we’ll adjust early and often so you don’t have to worry about it!
